RMA Request Form

RMA Services : Prior to submitting an RMA request, please note the following:

•If we determine that the problems is not covered under the SWR Technology Warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.

•Prior to returning merchandise, YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RMA NUMBER from SWR's RMA Department.

•Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returned products with no RMA number visible on the box may be returned.

•For indirect customers and end-users, we recommend contacting your distributor or reseller for RMA service.

•In order for us to provide you with the best possible service please describe your problem in as much detail as possible.

•IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ABUSED, IMPROPERLY USED OR ALTERED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, THE RMA NUMBER WILL BE VOIDED AUTOMATICALLY. THE MERCHANDISE WILL THEN BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.

•You may request an RMA online.

Warranty

SWR Technology provides one year warranty default. Some product may carry longer warranty period.  If you want to purchase out-of-warranty service, please contact us.
