Shengming Shan, CEO and Cofounder, MSEE, Stony Brook University, NY, USA. 27 years of electronic product development and management experience. Shengming's extensive experience in leading cross disciplinary and geographical team for effective execution uniquely equips him to grow business and team from scratch. Shengming has been serving leadership role in technical development and customer enablement in Qualcomm, ST-Ericsson, ST-NXP and Silicon Labs. Before co-founding SWR Technology, he was most recently Director of Engineering at Qualcomm.

Vincent Shiao, CTO and Cofounder, MSEE, National Taiwan University. 25 years of system architecture and circuit design experience. Vincent's in depth theoretical understanding and implementation skill (from Baseband to RF) enables him to lead product development successfully from inception to mass production very efficiently. Vincent's product portfolio includes DSL, Ethernet switch, GPON, 2G/3G mobile phone, 3G/4G Femto cell and IOT gateway, to name a few. Vincent has been serving as key technical leader in Foxconn, Ambit Microsystem and Tecom. Before co-founding SWR Technology, he was most recently technical manager at Pegatron.

Bassanio Law, VP of IT Solutions, BSCE, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is a technology executive with over three decades of experience leading R&D teams in Fortune 100 companies. He has extensive technical experience in networking and collaboration products for SMB. His prior position was with Cisco Systems as Senior Director of Engineering overseeing a major collaboration product family.

Jeffrey Lan, Head of Software Engineering, B.S. National Cheng Kung University. 18 years of enterprise grade software development and management experience. Jeffrey has successful track record in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) product development, including Network Security, VPN, VoIP and IP PBX. His broad skill-set spans across Moblie/PC client development, Server/Could integration, and commercialization of O&M software platform. Jeffrey previously served as CEO at Essence, and was most recently technical vice president at Ubiix.

Wilbur Shen, Head of Customer Solutions, BSEE, University of Texas at Austin.  22 years of test and measurement experience, including 13 years in 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax. Wilbur has extensive project management experience with clients in diverse industries, such as life sciences, industrial/mechanical, oil/gas, defense, and has successfully lead teams for semiconductor device bring up, characterization, and validation.  Before joining SWR Technology, he was most recently Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm.

Dr. Owen Wu, Advisor. Dr. Wu is an international renown nano-scientist and entrepreneur, business coach & mentor for fast growing companies in the areas of innovation, product development, manufacturing, corporate management.  During the last 20 years, he was a serial entrepreneur, cofounder and/or CEO of four high tech companies including FSC, ACT, GCS, and UST for electrical energy saving, telecommunication and sensors applications.  His awards include EO sensor awards, patent awards, and the prestigious DoD Hershel award.

Dr. Peter Hsi, Advisor. Dr. Hsi is actively involved in various technology incubation centers and angel investment communities in Silicon Valley. He has been engaged with several technology startup companies as consultant, adviser and/or investor. He was most recently Director of Advanced Development Engineering and senior fellow in Industrial Safety business division at Honeywell until he retired in 2018. Throughout his career, Dr. Hsi has developed expertise in advanced chemical & radiation sensing technology, wireless and IOT application. He holds more than twenty US and worldwide technology patents.
